More Space, More Value — Without Moving

Clients approached us with the desire to expand their living space — to add a fully autonomous guest room with a separate entrance, without redeveloping the main house.

We implemented this project completely from scratch. All work was performed “turnkey”: new foundation, frame and roof structures, insulation, electricity, finishing, as well as high-quality sound and thermal insulation for year-round comfort. We fully integrated the extension into the existing architecture of the house, strictly adhering to the standards and style of the house built in 1993. It became an ideal solution for hosting relatives who often visit.
