We transformed an outdated rooftop deck into a 302 sq ft fully enclosed, heated third-floor office with stunning Seattle views.
The project included a full deck upgrade using DuraDeck, a durable and UV-resistant waterproof system selected by the homeowner.
Inside, the space features tile flooring, cathedral ceilings, skylights with electric blinds, and a large sliding glass door that floods the office with natural light.
A dedicated mini-split HVAC system ensures year-round comfort, creating a quiet, modern workspace designed for focus and privacy.
The result: a seamless, high-end office addition that blends functionality, comfort, and long-term durability.
