Clients approached AG Construction with a clear vision — to transform a partially completed, unstructured 580 sq. ft. basement into a fully functional, comfortable part of their home.

As part of the project, we fully equipped the bathroom with a shower cabin, toilet, sink, ventilation, and waterproofing. A convenient laundry area was integrated into the same zone. Two areas — 129 and 170 sq. ft. — were transformed into comfortable bedrooms. Another 116 sq. ft. was converted into a private home office with good sound insulation — an ideal solution for remote work. And 169 sq. ft. was used for the bathroom and laundry area.

Throughout the project, we maintained constant communication with clients via a group chat, promptly coordinating all stages. The work was completed within budget and without delays.

After the main stage was completed, satisfied customers approached us with a new request — to install a drainage system around the house to protect the foundation from moisture.
