Garage conversion that pays off. We recently helped a homeowner in Seattle transform a cold, non-functional garage into a fully functional living room.

The house was built in 1979, with a total area of approximately 1,700 sqft. The area we worked on was 107 sqft, which is how much we added to the living space through a quality garage conversion. As a result, the value of the home increased by $135,000 – while the client spent less than half of that amount.
