Garage Conversion – Full ADU Living Space
This project started as a standard two-car garage with no real functionality. Our goal was to transform it into a fully livable and comfortable space.
We converted the garage into a modern ADU, adding a full kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and creating a private bedroom with a separate entrance. The layout was redesigned for better flow and privacy by closing off the original access.
We also completed a full upgrade of the space, including new flooring, walls, ceiling, plumbing, and electrical, along with improved insulation and new windows for natural light.

The space is now a bright, modern, and fully functional living area that adds real value to the home – both for everyday living and potential rental income.
