We faced an interesting challenge: transforming a huge family room in a house built in 1973, which had not been used for its intended purpose for years, into a modern, well-designed space. Our team dismantled the massive fireplace, freeing up space to create two new functional zones: a cozy bedroom and a spacious foyer with a separate entrance, storage space, and a beautiful panoramic view. We also completely redid the floor, re-pouring the screed and insulating it.

The main difficulty was that the house, with its original paneling, did not meet modern building codes. We had to negotiate with the city and convince inspectors why our solutions were correct. In the end, we received all permits and even positive feedback from the inspectors, who noted the quality of our solutions.

From submitting documents to obtaining permission – just 1 month. The entire project implementation period took 5 months. The work was completed exactly on schedule.
