About this project
In this new four-story townhouse in Capitol Hill, we completed a precision HVAC and interior upgrade designed to preserve the home’s original high-quality finishes.
We installed ductless mini-split systems in every bedroom, upgraded the rooftop condenser, and fully removed electric wall heaters to achieve a clean, minimalist look.
Additional work included hardwood flooring installation with seamless transitions, wall refinishing and repainting, and minor layout reconfiguration to improve functionality.
The result is a quiet, modern, fully climate-controlled home within a brand-new property.
