Whole-Home Reconstruction with Garage and ADU Addition

This project involved a major home reconstruction that transformed an aging one-story residence into a modern, expanded custom home. Most of the original structure was removed, leaving only a few existing walls, while the interior was completely rebuilt and the home’s footprint was significantly expanded.

A brand-new 14-foot-tall garage was constructed to accommodate the homeowner’s boat and provide additional storage space. Above the garage, we built a custom ADU designed to create future rental income and add long-term value to the property.

The project also included a covered outdoor patio, upgraded drainage systems, new siding, and extensive infrastructure improvements, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and utility upgrades throughout the home.

Inside, the home features premium hardwood flooring, a spacious primary suite with custom tile work, updated bathrooms, and modern finishes throughout. A premium metal roof was paired with additional insulation to improve comfort and energy efficiency year-round.

The result is a completely reimagined home that offers more living space, additional income potential, modern functionality, and features tailored to the homeowner’s lifestyle.
