Basement Conversion Designed for Rental Income

This project transformed an underutilized basement that had primarily been used for storage into a fully functional living space designed for future rental income.
The renovation included a new bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living area, creating a comfortable and independent residential unit. Throughout the space, we installed new LVP flooring, completed all interior finishes, painted the entire unit, and added a modern kitchen designed for everyday living.

The project required careful coordination to address existing plumbing challenges and ensure compliance with local building requirements. Our team worked closely throughout the process to successfully deliver a finished space that is both practical and welcoming.
